Terms of Service

1. Scope of Work
Before starting a project, I will provide a detailed proposal outlining the work, timeline and costs. Work begins once the deposit is received. Any changes to the scope should be agreed upon in writing and MAY affect pricing and timelines.
2. Payments
A deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due after you are satisfied with the final project. Once the final invoice is issued, the final payment can be made within 5 days.
After full payment is received, you will get all final deliverables, including logins or items, on the same day. Late payments may delay delivery of final materials.
- Payment Trust & Escrow Options:
I understand that trust is important. If you feel uncomfortable paying directly, we can use a freelance platform with escrow services. This ensures your funds are safely held until you are satisfied with the work, while protecting both parties and keeping the process transparent.
3. Revisions
Each project may include revisions. I understand that you want everything just right and I aim to accommodate this reasonably. Revisions should be relevant and fair. Any updates requested after the project is completed MAY incur additional fees. Revisions only apply to items covered in the original project scope.
4. Ownership of Work
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you after full payment. I reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio, website or promotional materials unless you request in writing that it remain confidential.
5. Confidentiality
All client information, passwords and project materials are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
I strive to deliver high-quality professional work. However, I am not liable for indirect, consequential or third-party damages, including losses from downtime, missed opportunities or misuse of deliverables. I can assist in fixing issues when they arise, though additional costs may apply.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients should provide all necessary information, access and materials in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect the project timeline.
8. Communication
All project communications should take place via agreed channels (e.g., Email, WhatsApp) to ensure nothing is missed and we stay aligned throughout the project.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. The client will pay for work completed up to the termination date. Deposits for incomplete work MAY be carried forward depending on the stage of the project.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of a dispute, both parties agree to try resolving it amicably through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled under the laws of Kenya.
11. Agreement Acceptance
By engaging my services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
